Discount when publishing in our Open Access journals

Health Psychology Bulletin

In 2016, the EHPS launched Health Psychology Bulletin, a disruptive open access journal, designed to be as accessible as possible to health psychology researchers in general and EHPS members in general, and to reduce the file drawer and promote transparent publishing of health psychology research. The Article Processing Costs (APC) for EHPS members is €400, and for non-members, €500. Visit the HPB website here.

Health Psychology & Behavioral Medicine

In 2017, Health Psychology & Behavioral Medicine will become the fourth EHPS journal. EHPS members will receive a 20% discount when publishing in HP&BM.

Psychology & Health

Psychology and Health is the official journal of the EHPS (12 issues per year) and it is the major publication outlet for European health psychologists. Health Psychology Review

Health Psychology Review is the second official journal of the EHPS (4 issues per year). It is a landmark publication - the first review journal in the important and growing discipline of health psychology. Online access to the journal is included in the EHPS membership fee. EHPS conference

Discount to the annual conferences

Three-and-a-half-day conferences are organized annually at locations across Europe. These provide a major opportunity to present one's work, to get informed of developments in health psychology and to meet other health psychologists from Europe and beyond. About 750 participants attend annually. EHPS members are eligible for a substantially reduced conference fee.

EHPS Grants

The EHPS offers a number of grants throughout the year, such as Conference/Workschop Grants, CREATE Grants and Networking Grants. Only EHPS members are eligible to apply for the grants.

Networking

From the outset, EHPS has aimed to foster a friendly and wide-ranging Society which complements its aim of promoting high quality health psychology research and practice. There is a specific focus on developing relations between Eastern and Western European countries.
