Systematic Review, Meta-Analysis and Qualitative Meta-Synthesis

What was the focus?
  • To understand the steps involved in conducting a systematic review and writing up for publication.
  • To understand the steps involved in running meta-analysis and writing up results for publication.
  • To understand the steps and principles involved in conducting a meta-synthesis of qualitative evidence.
 
The workshop was a mixture of lectures, group work and presentations from participants. Participants were encouraged to bring examples from their own research to the workshop.
